Start the fall season with our Pre-Season Conditioning Workshop, a week dedicated to building flexibility, strength, control, stamina, and focus. Tailored for dancers of all levels, this workshop introduces physical conditioning techniques that enhance overall performance and promote injury prevention. Through classes in Physical Therapy Conditioning, Cardio, Calisthenics, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breathing Exercises, and Guided Relaxation, dancers will gain a deeper understanding of body awareness and coordination.

Led by Guillaume Basso (RYT 500), this workshop combines anatomy-focused conditioning and yoga for optimal balance, posture, and range of motion. Space is limited to 12 dancers for personalized attention.

Led by Academy directors Abby Jayne DeAngelo and Guillaume Basso, this workshop is perfect for dancers aiming to maintain peak form over the holiday break and expand their repertoire with both classical and contemporary choreography. Full attendance is required to ensure progression throughout the program.

Open to all currently enrolled students, as well as outside applicants ages 12+ with at least one year of pointe experience.

For Intermediate and Advanced dancers, the Spring Break Pointe Intensive is dedicated solely to mastering pointe work. Designed to prepare you for summer intensives and end-of-year performances, this well-rounded program focuses on elevating your technique through targeted sessions in Physical Conditioning, Ballet Technique, Pointe Mastery, and Yoga. Under expert guidance, refine your skills and stay performance-ready with every step.

This workshop runs for five days. Space is limited to maintain small class sizes and focused, individual instruction.

Each of these workshops provides dancers with a unique opportunity to grow technically and artistically, preparing them for key performance and audition periods throughout the year. Whether building foundational strength before the season, refining repertoire for auditions, or enhancing pointe work and partnering, Adage Ballet Academy’s seasonal workshops offer the high-quality training dancers need to excel.
